House Rules


We’re delighted to welcome you as our guest. To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to read and follow these house rules.



Check-in / Check-out


  • Check-in: From 16:00
  • Check-out: By 10:30 
    Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive outside these hours. Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.


General

  • Treat the apartment and all furnishings with care and respect.
  • Report any damages, defects, or malfunctions immediately, so we can resolve them promptly.
  • Only registered guests included in the original booking may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome during the day with prior approval.


Smoking and Vaping

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.


Pets

  • Pets are not permitted on the property. This helps us maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.


Parties and Noise

  • Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
  • Be considerate of neighbors and other residents in the building.


Cleanliness

  • Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition upon departure (swept clean and tidy).
  • Dispose of household waste in the designated bins and separate recyclables as indicated.

Safety

  • Always close all windows and lock doors when leaving the apartment.
  • Open flames, such as candles, must never be left unattended.
  • Please familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and fire blankets (in drawer next to cooker )


Storms and Weather

  • Sudden summer storms may occur. When leaving the property, please close all windows and the parasol on the terrace or balcony to prevent damage.


Liability

  • The host is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or appliances during their stay.
